Promiseland meets Sundays @10:30 am Pre-K through 6th grade
-a safe place. Plan to arrive a few minutes early to register your child. You’ll receive an ID tag which you need to pick up your child. The Promiseland team will only release your child to you or others you designate.
-a fun place. Kids sometimes wiggle and giggle and that’s just fine in Promiseland! We teach kids to honor and respect God and others, but we also want them to experience the joy and wonder of God’s world.
-a place to grow in faith. Promiseland Kids learn about God’s love, the awesome stories of the Bible, and how to live out faith in their families. But we also want to empower parents to pass the faith along to their children. Nothing can or should replace the influence parents have on their kids all week long. The greatest gift you can give your child is a God honoring home. We want to help. Among our ministries is a helpful family resource library.
-a ministry to get kids ready for church life. Kids learn to serve. Most 1st Sundays families worship together in the main worship service. Children often help lead on Family Sundays and receive kid-friendly materials to reinforce the Scripture for the day. (On 5 Sunday months there may be a 2nd Family Sunday)
Childcare is provided for younger children during Sunday worship
TLC (Teens Living for Christ) meets Sundays 11:00-11:30am (Teens head to TLC right after Offering/Prayer)
Fun Outings and Seasonal events also help build community. Parents are encouraged to attend when possible to share the experience, creating faith-based memories.
District Events through our denomination provide camp and retreat opportunities.
